AirOne Alternating Pressure Pads are designed to prevent users from developing pressure sores and ulcers in bed. This is accomplished by individual air pockets that alternately fill and empty. By alternating which pockets are filled and which are empty, the pressure is redistributed and sores and ulcers are avoided. These pads are meant to be installed under your sheets and are made of an embossed vinyl that is anti-slip to keep the pads in place. They also come with six feet of tubing already connected for a quick setup. Once connected to the pump the light will inform you if it is on or off and the pads will inflate with the quietness of a whisper. In addition, the system comes with metal hangers that let you securely hang the pump from the footrest.
